You were asking for a higher tax for those cars without a direct manufacturing plant right? Ergo, that would steer away buyers to buy their cars because of high price. Meaning low sales for the car company. Meaning they would likely pull out operations here in the PH. Imagine a world without ford,mazda, subaru, kia, nissan, suzuki, chevy, etc sa PH. At ang matitira lang is toyota at mitsu, and to some extent hyundai, dahil afaik, sila ang may plant dito. Ikaw na ang nagsabi. Pag walang kalaban, no sense mag upgrade ng specs. Sino talo, consumer diba?

Exactly my point, kaya nga dapat magkaron sila ng manufacturing plant para hindi magmahal ang products nila, at kasalanan nila yun kung walang bumili sa kanila tutal wala naman silang napoproduce na trabaho dito sa Pilipinas, at kung gugustuhin naman ng tao ang produkto nila kahit gano kamahal yan bibilhin yan kaya kalokohan yang mga nag iimport lang, panggugulang yan sa bansa natin.

Kaya nga mas dapat itaas ang taxes ng walang manufacturing plant para mapilitan yung iba na mag invest dito. At yung trapik e ibang usapan na yan, gobyerno na ang dapat gumawa ng paraan sa laki ng road user taxes eh dapat tuloy tuloy mga projects.
