sir, double post ka. paki merge na lang next time. may edit button tayo sa baba nang post.

anyways, if i were to chose, i'll get the toyota. its virtually indestructible. saka madali maghanap nang parts.

At that age, depende na sa kundisyon ng kotse.

I'd get the better maintained one. But if they're equally well maintained, I'd go for the newer one.

Also consider what you're planning to do with the car. Coding car? Project car? Daily driver?

tama si sir the_wildthing. have forgotten to mention that since kakagising ko lang e. hehehe.

considering both were relatively well-maintained, low-mileage, and all those stuffs. i'll still go for the corolla.

lorenz, can you give us the details and price of the two cars given above?

I'd keep the newer model vehicle on top of my list with all things being equal (maintenance, condition, etc.).

I've driven both cars. Pareho malakas makina pero masikip yun 323 and yun parts mahirap maghanap. yun corolla dami parts avilable.

masikip? pero kung nasisikipan ka sa 323 (box type or familia), mas lalong masikip ang Corolla (AE92)... dba?

parts mahirap maghanap? not really, if you know where to scout good stores.

Familia. Di masikip yun Corolla na 90 compared with the 323. Even if I can get the parts easily i'll still go with the corolla. Dami pang GL na tumatakbo ngayon na pormado ang ganda pa din. Parang lancer na box type yun e, di kumukupas yun ganda. I can't say the same for the 323.

if your budget a bit larger why not look for early toyota model ...in buying a car there are factors that you should consider 1. abundancy of the parts 2. mileage 3. engine 4.body etc..

masikip yung familia? hehehe... first time that I've heard of that!

heck... mas maluwag pa yung familiar interior compared to any compact sedan before and even current! almost ka level na nya ang mga 90s mid-size sedan sa interior room (except for the trunk area).

hindi ka nag-iisa sir mazdamazda... the 90s Mazdas are the 1st one to use a cab forward design... IMKO napakaluwag ng mga ito sa cabin.
