Camry for me as well. the 300C wins on looks and image...but loses pretty much everywhere else, imo.

Camry for me as well. Although the 300C has a much more commanding presence, and a more powerful engine, its novelty is already gone for me. I'm going with the more reliable, though perhaps more boring, Toyota.

you sure the 3.5L camry is faster?... I think it was sluggish. Sentra 2.0L vs Camry 3.5L hehehe!

Anyway, between the Camry 3.5L and 300C ... I would choose the Camry. The interior of the 300C leaves me a bit wanting for more (or less plastic).

There's a delay in accelerator response on the 3.5L and 2.4L Gen 6 Camrys. Same with the older 3.0L and 2.4L. But then there's a chip that supposedly eliminates this delay.

I like the 300C over the camry... kasi mukhang heavy duty yung looks and has more powerful engine... Its like having an executive sedan with a 4x4 body?! Haha! Ganda talaga ng 300C!

Hahaha... faster of the two... Huge sedan + small V6 equals... merely decent acceleration.

But according to local figures, the numbers aren't that far off.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

Hmmm... Bakit kaya nagustuhan ko ang 300C more than the Camry? Im not a fan of American cars and their glorious interior plastics. But the look really rocks more than the Camry. Its not a car that Rowan Atkinson would drive.

The design itself brings a message that you are rich! And its very transparent as well. Not a car that you would expect that it is being driven by a driver. Once the public people will see you in your black 300C, they think that you are a member of a mafia or any mob.

Mob image brings more power and authority. A Camry cannot give that!

I just saw a 300C in Las Pinas with bling! Ohhh hot! hot! hot!

The fact that the 300C is being used as part of several taxi fleets in Las Vegas, might actually hurt or detract from its "prestige" image there in the US-that is if the buyer is finicky with associating one's vehicle with a taxi. This is a far cry from the 300's hot car reputation during its first debut, when dealers were sold out before they could get their hands on an actual unit.

Yep, but first impression that "prestige" is within the soul of a 300C will always remain. Camry Taxi's also exist and even E-Class Mercedes.

One of the few brands that i haven't seen used as a taxi is Audi esp the A8.

I've seen 7-series and S600 as taxis. hehe

Camry 3.5Q or 300C V6
