Expect medyo madami gastusin. Set aside some money for repairs/replacement of worn parts. I'd let the experts give specific parts na most likely will be giving you problems.
Casa maintained? Malamang kalokohan yan. 16 years maintained sa casa Hingin mo din lahat service records to back his claim, dapat lahat ng PMS may kasamang service record. O kaya, better, hanap na lang ng iba

If its condition merits it, bakit hindi? Hindi porket 1991 Corolla it means bababaan mo na kaagad at tatawaran. We don't know the condition, kung nakita mo na, you're the best judge. So I'd hold my judgement as to whether it's too high or not.
Ask for receipts to show proof na casa-maintained. Otherwise, dun ka lang pwede tumawad kung wala siya maipakita. Kung meron nga, check what has been done. Check how far the receipts go, check if there are any recurring problems na paulit ulit napinapagawa. Anong mileage? Check mo yung mga pinagawa - major repairs ba?
For what it's worth we sold our 1989 Lancer EL back in 2004 for 120k. My parents bought it brand new. It all depends on the condition of the car.

Kami dati naglalagay ng chain lock ng motor or bike. Iba nakita ko literal na kadena at padlock.
