BMW X3 or Audi Q3 or Lexus NX?

Which of the 3 would you choose if you have a budget of up to 4M only.
Any particular variant sa 3 na standout? How about reliability and PMS cost? I know some will say that if you can afford to buy a close to 4M car then you shouldn't be concerned with PMS cost; but if there is a difference of 10K per visit, malaki rin yun. How about the cost and availability of OEM parts, overall reliability? Kaya naman bumili ng parts, ang prublema kung walang mabili or palaging bili ng bili at mahal pa ang presyo ng binibili.

For me, I would probably choose Lexus NX, I just think it looks better than the BMW X3 and Audi Q3, About reliability we have an old '04 X3 and it still runs good and had no major repairs yet. also with a car and another SUV we got from them all still good.
