    Hello po.

Bago pa lang po ako dito sa tsikot at first time pa lang mag post ng thread. Although nagbabasa na po ako dito, I think na it would be best kung hihingi ako ng opinion myself. I belong to a family of 6. 4 po kami magkakapatid and we are all under the age of 18. 6 po kami plus two yayas so we are trying to find a ar that can fit all of us when we go out of town o kaya kahit sa mall lang. Both my parents drive and would prefer automatic. Yung sasakyan din po na hindi nakakailanng dalin ng mag isa lang kasi my dad would use it pag pasukan.

    eto po yung preference ko:
    1. Space
    2. Looks
    3. Fuel Consumption
    4. Comfort
    5. Features

Medyo mahilig din po kami magtravel. As much as possible po ay SUV or Van na meron din space for cargo kahit na 1 maleta lang and some backpacks.

TY po sa lahat in advance

If you prefer looks. Then Santa Fe is a good choice.

But if your priority is the seating capacity, then go get the Hyundai Grand Starex

But since you've stated that your dad will use the van as a transpo when going to work...I think it would be awkward if he's driving alone, using the grand starex

i'll go for a grand starex. pero medyo nakakailang dalhin yun pag mag-isa ka lang, talon talon nalang sa loob o tumbling tumbling nalang, hehehe...

pero kung sa suv point of view, i would go to montero sport. nowadays, suv's are of only 7 seaters only and only good for seven. my pajero 2nd gen is good for seven pax pero crowded sa 7 pax pero hindi ilang dalhin kahit mag-isa ka lang sa loob.

just choose lang po, a grand starex, montero sport, or if you want, suzuki apv or a grand livina. tanong tanong lang kayo dito, madami pa iba na pwede isuggest ang mga kapwa tsikoteers natin and welcome to tsikot

Starex na lang. Mahirap yung mga SUV's kasi maskin 7 people sila para pilitan pa din hindi katulad ng Starex its meant to carry a lot of people... Although nakakailang mag drive ng Starex magisa pero at least thats better than pag lahat kayo 8 sumakay complain kayo ang sikip...

    Very much agree on this!

Vans obviously will satisfy your criteria above.
    1. Starex
    2. Urvan Estate
Di na lang isama Hiace dito.

Large MPVs may probably do the job as well.
    Carnival (diesel)
    Grandis (gas)
The Previa is well over your alloted budget.

7-seater SUVs like the MS, Fortuner, Everest, Alterra, etc. are all-roaders but can barely acommodate passengers and luggage.

    Nothing beats the van, really.

Kung magdo double duty as a daily driver, I suggest you test drive/ride the Carnival LWB together with the Starex ...

Ang Starex kasi medyo malaki kung pang araw araw while yung Carnival hindi masyado. Ang crosswind naman OK sana pero kung AT baka sobrang bagal na nun!

There are SUV/Vans made by a Japanese company called Toyota. The problem here is they are too many on the road that they become too bland ... Many just recommend the next best thing. But always test drive before you buy for no regrets.
