I'm researching what would be the best full size SUV that would fit what I want. I was thinking of the new EXP, though hindi daw practical ang US cars according to a friend cause after 3 years daw, lagi na daw nasa casa ang car mo.

I want something big and magmumukha akong gangstah HAHAHA. Seriously that's what I want. Any suggestions tho?

LC200 Land Cruiser. Elegant-looking big rig. I like it more than the new Pajero. I can't even consider the Nissan Patrol.

Nice suggestion. Yeah Land Cruiser is also on my list. I was researching online and I saw Toyota Sequoia, I was expecting na same price lang like sa US.

Grey market ba included or mga officially sold lang? Pag kasama grey market try the Cadillac Escalade. IMO the best full sive SUV...

    If money is no object...

    RANGE ROVER SPORT

I've driven it and it's one of the better SUVs you'll get to drive/ride in.

+1 range rover is really the best in it's class.

btw how much is your budget ba? it's kind of difficult to give an opinion if you don't know the buyers price range.

    Depends on what you want.

Amongst the 3m below... the Expedition is the most powerful and most comfortable full-sized SUV around. Tons of space, acceptable ride (stiffer than before), and the multi-displacement cylinder deactivation actually allows it to pull 10 km/l on the highway easily (no ultra-ultra-hypermiling like TopGear did with their Pagudpud-Sorsogon challenge a few years back).

The Pajero is much smaller... the CX-9, slightly bigger than that, the Veracruz is nice, with the biggest back-seat amongst the midsizers (and it rides softly) and everything else is small.

If you're willing to go into the 5m-6m range, you get more choices... the Range Rover Sport is niiice... but I think the LR3 might give you more convenience. The Cayenne has lots of space and snob appeal, and it handles nicely, too... but I don't know how much of the luxury you can get on the base model...

I dont think the Range Rover Sport is a full size SUV. It is in fact the LR3 given a heavy makeover to make it look like the RR and a vastly more powerful engine.

range rover and range rover sport is a full sized suv, the lr3 is nothing compared to those 2, the only advantage the lr3 has is the extra 2 seats. but if you need the extra 2 seats, don't get the lr3, get the x5 or q7 instead.

even though it's the same size as a land cruiser, pajero, montero and bigger than the cayenne and cx-9 it's still not a full sized suv? i know it's smaller than other american suv's but come on it's not that much smaller. it's even slightly bigger than the x5 and q7.

It is based on the mid size LR3. It is not the full size Range Rover as you think. It just used the moniker.

Just like, case in point: 2000 Mercedes Benz CLK

Nope, it is not based on the same era E-Class sedan. It is just styled to look like and it just used its powerplant to further close the association with the more expensive mid size sedan when in fact, it is based on the C-Class.

this C-class is where the 1st CLK is based

For me, I think its the range rover hse. Topgear head to head challenge between a range, escalade and an h2. The 2 american cars doesnt even come close to the range except for the price.

An Escalade is just a tarted up Tahoe.

It may have nice leather and decent plastics (fantastic compared to the utter crap on the Tahoe... but let's not kid ourselves... they're nowhere near as good as the best European SUVs in terms of material quality)... but it still rides like a Tahoe and drives like one. I'd rather have an Expedition... it's not great, but you're not paying a ridiculous premium for something that isn't remotely worth it.

The H2 is also just a tarted-up GM truck. Even worse, it's got worse visibility.
