For budget family car = Toyota Innova
For High End Family Car = Toyota Previa or Porsche Cayenne

    What's the budget?

The prototypical family car nowadays, at least for most Filipinos, is the Toyota Innova.

Less than 700,000? My vote goes to the 7-seater Toyota Avanza.

    More space than the Innova?
-if your the one driving, I recommend the Carnival.
-somebody drives for the family, the Starex.

The Grand Livina is too small. Roughly the size of the Suzuki APV. And the Carens might be great if your family is four or five people but the 3rd row seats aren't good for the elderly as well.

The Carnival and Starex both cost more than P700k.

Wala nga budget na na-specify yung TS. So agree ako dun sa E-150 and Carnival.

Well, given no budget limits, Carnival is nice. Sta Fe as well.

Carnival is one of the better options for the TS. Santa Fe's 3rd row is quite cramped unlike the Carnival's. It has adequate legroom on all three rows and it isn't as big as a Grand Starex.

No budget limit? I vote Chrysler Town & Country. Perfect minivan for kids. Might be too small for 6 adults. I rode in my tito's Dodge Grand Caravan (the same thing as Chrysler's) and was quite impressed with the ride. It's quite easy to drive too, given the narrow width and low stance. I also loved the electric rear doors and tailgate...

    EDIT:

My cuz said it cruises at 100mph (160km/h) without strain.

For family? MPV kasi ang pampamilya like Nissan Grand Livina, Mitsubishi Grandis, Kia Carnival/Carens.

    Ang van, pang-outing hehe.

Pero kung van, get the Hiace, but I warn you, wala itong nguso so ang engine ay nasa ilalim, that is why dito lamang ang Hyundai Starex among others vans. Maintenance and DIY ay mahirap gawin IMO.

Grand Starex is the answer. 2nd pick is Kia Carnival. Yung mga Innova, Grand Livina, Carens IMO yung 3rd row nila masikip and for emergency use lang rather than for regular use.

Best choice ang Kia Carnival LWB mapa EX o LX or Hyundai Grand Starex...

AVOID THE TOYOTA HIACE!!! Para kang may Ambulance(si OTEP mayroong GL Grandia na ginawang Ambulance)..Saka pamahal nang pamahal eh pumapangit naman, pangit pa nang A/T Super Grandia variant(naging steel rims na lately, talk about cost cutting on the part of Toyota)..
