I wouldn't consider it bashing if the remarks are based on objective testing. The comparison by Motoring has accompanying sub-reviews and videos that showed their testing and how each of contenders did. They were thorough and objective, unlike reviewers from local motoring publications who are almost entirely subjective and vague.

But I hate pickups, #neveragain.

Ang tingin ko sa pickup same segment as the L300FB, Hyundai H1, kia Kc etc

    ---

The true essence of a macho full testosterone pickup is a single cab. 4 door pickup nowadays are really crew cabs. It's meant to ferry service personnel, hence the term crew. That's why kahit ano pa gastos mo dyan like iron bars, grills, bumpers, rollers and big bad ass tires, mukhang pa din service utility vehicle

Yun pickup talaga na may dating was first popularized in bsck to the future

    imageuploadedbytsikot-forums1445068488.305685.jpg

    And now this

    imageuploadedbytsikot-forums1445068505.454419.jpg

    The raptor

    ..

Now tignan nyo yun 4 door raptor, wala ng dating

    imageuploadedbytsikot-forums1445068880.936800.jpg

So for me, it's just waste of money spending hundreds of thousand propping up Ford rangers and Hiluxes. It's a crew cab. Like a sedan vs, a 2 door sports coupe,

To datem there are no more single cabs for sale atin, so what's the point diba

The rebel, the cowboy, the handyman diyer ano pa ba

    Sorry, sayang lan investment nyo

Di pa din. Sa puntong ito nag-aaktivista na talaga ako. A Pickup is a commercial use vehcile like Fbs and aluminum trucks. Go for Suv! Hirap umupo sa likod ng crew cab pag long travel, and your cargo will always be threatened by rains and beggar boys.

Pag nagpakabit ka naman ng carry boy or bed cover, then might as well get the suv version kasi hundred thousands din yun, lapit nasa presyong suv.

If you dare to different and adventurous, get a single cab para macho macho dating. That'll be head turner

sir been using the pick up for more than 2 years now daily use to carry supplies to my canteen meron syang roller lid which is only 20K and lockable...ginamit na namin sya from batangas to subic then to potipot sa zambalez then 100 islands pangasinan and my kids are comfortable...my son is 5'10" and he's 72kg pero di naman sya nahirapan...3 persons at the back and me and my wife in front...i'm 5'6" my wife is 5'4" my daughters are 5'5" and 5'2" and they didn't feel cramped at the back...with all our stuff tucked in safely sa likod ng pick-up...we even had a big cooler full of fresh sea food from bataan on our way back to batangas...ako lang nagdadrive during the 4 day travel namin and it's a manual 4x2 lang...so wala ako reklamo ...di ko lang alam kung bakit ka nag aalsa eh di mo pa naman yata nasusubukan magmaneho ng pick-up

4x2 naman pala yan pickup mo so kakampi mo ako dyan, yan talaga dapat ang pixkup pang service, uttilitarian. That's its true purpose

these are the reasons why i chose a pick-up double cab...di ko naman pwede isakay un pamilya ko for road trip sa sinasabi mong commercial van ....di ko naman pwedeng kargahan ng kaldero at mga kawali un SUV daily para sa canteen at gamitin pagbili ng isda at mga gulay un SUV...by the way meron din akong SUV 2012 montero and just got my new Ford Everest 1st week of this month....so i think no need to lecture me on getting an SUV sir...
