It's not only *turbocharger71 that has acted uncouthly in this thread.

*battouter has been yapping deprecatorily about underspec'd PPVs for several months now even if it has been said time and again that toys and creature comforts aren't the only measures of value. While a feature-based perspective is certainly a valid way of comparing cars, you should also respect the different value systems of other people.

*MR_BIG18 has also stepped out of line by resorting to personal taunts rather than sticking to the discussion. It's one thing to call out rude behavior, but to stoop down and resort to ad hominem is just as bad.

I understand that many people here are very attached to their cars and even a single snide remark easily gets them triggered. But I also know that all of you are mature adults who hopefully have restraint and civility.

This serves as the second warning. Carry on nicely now.

From the posted table above, it does seem that the MuX has the best feature list for under 1.5mil, which is expected if Isuzu Philippines were to compete with the newer variants.

On the looks side, I'm definitely leaning towards the Fort, although rear drum brakes sucks. Meanwhile, the Montero edges out everyone's engine and tranny, but you'd have to contend with polarizing styling.

At this point though, it seems to me that the Ford Everest is the best compromise on the 1.5mil scale.

    iyak

No, not all. Why does this seem so hard to understand?

Read Yebo's post below. All are valid points that I've heard at one point or another from actual PPV buyers.

"i will use it for long drives. i want the most comfortable suv not just for the driver but all 3 rows"

i believe it's not so much what they're saying, but more of how how they are saying it.

the last car i bought, was mainly because of the T badge up front.
