There are a few Tesla cars within Metro Manila. I have seen a Model S in Makati and there were even some sightings of a Model X. Iba pa ito sa Tesla ni MVP.

Tama there are a few Tesla cars in the metro manila.
A few years ago i saw a brand new one in a lift of a repair garage in makati and they were looking for where to find the engine number to stencil for LTO registration.

I hate to say it but how LTO does its thing is just too primitive. All of the effort on getting a stencil when at the end of the day, you just need to put those numbers on a form.

I have lived in the US and DMV need not require a stencil for registration of a vehicle. Once a vehicle is within the system, they can track it anywhere.

Are we a culture that despises others thinking they can get away with tampering and cheating?
