December 25th, 2017 06:36 AM #3356Merry Christmas
Just my take about Made in China and towards Chinese, I am a Filipino born pure blooded chinese, I don’t condemned what China specially the bullying issues towards Philippines who I considered my home (Im pretty sure there’s something inside that a few only knew specially the special deals for their own benefit ex President Noy and Trililling had been doing).
Im also proud to speak out that I might done more physically and other matters on being a good Filipino than most pure blooded Filipino specially during disaster (Yolanda to the recent Marawi and Vinta onslaught). Beside I believed with a very good relation our country had with China im hoping our fellow Asean nation would help us out than bully us. Lets spread love and not hate.

January 2nd, 2018 06:38 PM #3358I really wanted to have the Everest 3.2 Titanium Premium, simply because its the best out there when it comes to Engine power, Styling in & out, features and price point - well thats what I have gathered so far. tentative lang ako when it comes to long term maintenance. Im a car guy who owns cars for keeps, and with all the stories about ford services and parts (mahirap sa pyesa, matagal ang service replacement, very few replacement parts) medyo hesitant ako on my choice.
Second choice ko is the Montero 4x2 premium. The most realistic choice i can make simply because of the price. The performance is close to that of Eve 3.2, some of the features as well. And since its Mistu, I can say it is more reliable than Ford in the long the run (maintenance-wise). One added issue is the rear end - a bit off. But I saw some remedy to this -- add bumper to highlight the lower rear end, and add spoiler, then cover the mid section of the tailight with a sticker/decal or rubber paint same as the body color. Front will look cool with a nudge bar. sides with flares. then a carrier if there's an extra budget.
Third choice ko is Fortuner. For me its overpriced. Just my opinion.
I havent bought until now, but seriously planning to by 2Q or 3Q this year. Im waiting for new models too, especially the ranger raptor.
With that I want to know what you think about this. Thanks
