For criminal records, hindi daw ba assured ng bangko na malinis ung mga nire-posses nila? In any case, first hand criminal records should be held by the HPG so better ask them kung mabibigay nila sayo sir. I am assuming that LTO just extracts these so called "alarms" from HPG records.
