    Between the two, what are pros and cons? And which is the better buy?

    I'm leaning towards the A4 TDI because it's more spacious and looks nice (inside and out) but the Lexus IS300 is also pretty good-looking and may be more dependable (being Japanese).

    The A4 TDi gets my vote. I am not that impressed with the IS...

    Both are expensive.

    for petrol I'd still go with A4, TFSI (turbo).

    i noticed some of local magazines where the new A4 (from PGA Cars) is featured, yung headlamp design is just multi-deflector... may mga certain variants ba na merong projector-type as standard or optional lang? sa ibang bansa kc lahat ng A4 projector-type...

    just curious here... i am also eager to see how the next RS 4 will look like...

    which IS300? the first generation (altezza) or the second generation IS300? if it's the second genaration IS300 vs the new A4, i'd take the new A4. you have the diesel option plus it looks a lot better (imho) than the new IS300.

    now if you're comparing the first gen is300 vs an older a4, then i'd take the previous generation is300 for modability, but of course i am bias

    projector type headlights is standard na yata sa A4 TDI
