Overall Length x Width x Height mm. 4,840 x 1,880 x 2,105
Wheelbase mm. 2,570
Tread: Front / Rear mm. 1,655 / 1,650
question: in terms of size, anu sa local market diesel van natin ang magmamatch sa size nito? baka kasi may mag suggest ng e-150, e gas po yun, diesel po hinahanap ko.. e-350 na power-stroke, mahirap maghanap...
ps: may toyota dealer ba nagiimport? for example: 07 hiace na ganito:

It's main competitor is the Nissan Urvan Grand Estate. I don't know if they still make the CEO version with captain's chairs up to now.
The Starex Jumbo is in the Hiace's size neighborhood, too. But you have to give up cabin space in favor of a front crumple zone.

Yup. I was at lui's showroom last week. They had a white one with full auto climate control, 11-seat configuration (2+3+3+3), in-dash TV/VCD, glass embedded antenna, etc.
Non-CEO Grand Estates only lose the captain's seats and leather. Almost everything else is the same with the plain-jane Grand Estate VX 3.0. Plus you get the option of a foldable rear seat when you order the VX.
Hatak of the Grandia is ok. I don't drive it much (it's against company policy). It feels lighter than the MB100 although they have the same power rating, the gear spacing of the Yota is different and could be the cause of the difference in feel.
Fuel economy. I don't measure it but I guess it would be bad because we are almost always running at full power with lights and sirens on.

syu, rosa/coaster nga gusto ko, yung swb na 25-30 seater lang, then interior design na 15 seater w/ kitchen and sofabed--> para pwede streching on long trips kahit di hinto ang sasakyan...pero ang prob, class 2 na sa highway, e ang hi-ace, kahit pang class-2 na halos ang laki, class 1 parin ang bayarin sa highways....kahit di na straight ang tayo at minus the sofabed and kitchen...
