To sell or not to sellCan I get P450k for this? I will not be able to use the car for 2 yrs. Is it worth selling now and then get another car worth P500k or probably a new Vios E or Yaris E M/T (P750k) in 2018? My risk is if I sell and buy a second hand car in 2018, I will not know the history, and if I buy a new car, I have to add a relatively large amount of cash.
- Mileage is 41k
- Covered parking at home and in the office
- Tires are fairly new (bought in 2015)
- Newly registered
- Will be insured
- Never been in an accident
- Never flooded
- Interior is super fresh
- Casa maintained (all records are with me)
