the reason im asking is because the alphard was only available in right hand drive when it was first made..

ok so i guess they have started making toyota alphards for left hand drive countries now.. which wasnt the case a year ago.. sori if medyo slow lang.. i get it na..

i guess hyundai did the right thing of making the GS available in right hand and left hand drive variants after 10 years of just making a left hand drive starex vans..

i guess the japs have woken up to the fact that there is a market for their right hand drive vans in the left hand drive market.. just as hyundai woke up to having right hand drive vans..

to got get back to the topic.. i dont think you can compare the two.. if they are comparable.. id go for the GS.

I don't know how big the Alphard is. Is it possible for passengers to move from 1 row to the next? In the case of the Limousine, simula 1st row pwedeng lumipat until the last row. Useful kapag long trips or gustong magunat unat.

I Agree with this, pero mas lamang sa features yung alphard coz its a luxury van

No.. The Alphard has "luxury" features. Not really "features" na marami.

Syempre.. ang Grand Starex Limo walang Smart Key, walang engine start button, walang power seats, walang OTTOMAN seats, walang seat memory, adaptive HID headlamps..

Wala siyang power seats? Isn't that kinda common na nowadays? Dun palang sa dambuhalang 22" LCD at cooler lamang na agad yung GS Limo. As for the HID lights, mabilis lang naman yan... Di pa sila makalabas kasi jammed yung electronic doors...Sometimes good old man-power is still better than electric power.
*Starex_Gold, Chinese kami pero di pa kami kasing yaman nyo! Ilan na po ang inyong sasakyan? Starex, Trooper, Tucson, etc...

Given the premise na I have the money to buy an Alphard, I would still prefer a Grand Starex HVX. It's cheaper and its features are already enough for me.

Practically thinking, If I had the money, I'd get the GS Limo which is luxury enough for me, then take it to Speedlab for a Unichip installation and perhaps alcohol injection. There we have it, power, luxury and fuel economy rolled into one!

Alphard or Grand Starex?! (or any van in this category?)
