Um... the PHDM Focus is the EUDM Focus (which is the bread & butter of Ford in Europe). As been said by other Tsikoteers - the Focus is primarily designed and engineered for the European market. The American market still has the old Focus platform (not the one being used by the MZ3, new Focus & S40).

bakit lahat ng Ford cars sa UK market ay kinoconsider nila na British cars at hindi American?

BMW ka na lang na second hand pare! Eurong-euro talaga! May mga 5-series na second hand that you can get for as much as you would pay for the Ford or Mazda. Just be ready for the usual "repairs" since it's a second hand tsikot.

The Mazda 3 looks very agressive (and I like that in a car) but the Ford Focus looks like a "trying hard to look euro car" to me (walang dating for me). Between the two, I'd prefer the Mazda 3.

Ford Focus looks more european. Pansin mo yung mga ads ng Ford Focus (Paris and soccer). Styling is obviously European.

Mazda 6 has Euro tail-lights but is not a Euro car. When I was in Italy, I haven't seen a Mazda 6 once, but the Focus is one of the most popular car in EU
