    i have a 500K budget for a car 2nd hand or brandnew...

    Kung kaayo nasa sitwasyon ko anong sasakyan ang bibilhin nyo? minimum wage earner lng ako(pero pang brandnew kaya ko naman mgmonthly hangang P5,000.00 to P8,000.00 sagad na), single ako (pero 5 kami sa family composed of my parents and 2 siblings a)(pero meron naman kng isang saksakyan na gamit ni erpats ko pickup), galing din ako sa pickup Mistubishi L200 pero nabenta last month (very satisified ako sa L200 very low maintenance and gas consumption).

    gus2 ko sana crosswind XTi and meron ako nakita Mitsubishi Strada 03' 4x4..

    pero kng kaayo papipiliin ko ano ang bibilhin nyo mga sir?? sana ma2lungan nyo ako hopefully before march makakabili na ako.

    You could opt for something else instead, a smaller one.

    The very adorable Hyundai i10 or the Suzuki Celerio.

    Next in line would be a Toyota Vios 2nd hand. Priced at 400k+.

    i would prefer brand new since it has a warranty in case something goes wrong with your car. here are my choices on what you can buy with a P500k budget:
    -> Hyundai Getz Upgraded Gas 1.1 MT - P498k
    -> Hyundai i10 GL MT - P478k
    -> Chery QQ - P349k to P399k
    -> Suzuki Alto Deluxe - P408k

    unfortunately, all of the cars on the above choices are gasoline.

    but if you really wanted a much bigger vehicle, a second hand would suffice. just make sure that you bring with you a mechanic to inspect the vehicle before purchase just to make sure that you're buying a road worthy vehicle.

    good luck!

    hindi yata ako kasya sa abovementioned vehicles sir 5'10 po ako ang 80 kgs. anyways thank you so much sir..

    gusto ko din ung saksakyan na magagamit ko pagbumabyahe ako.. minimum of 1 hour ung binabyahe ko and a maximum ko 3 hours..

    ayaw ko din kasi ni ermats ung kotse nasa province po kami kaya medyo hindi maganda ang road conditions d2.

    maghanap nalang kayo ng Crosswind, Adventure or Revo. but if kaya pa sa bulsa, go with the Innova although medyo alanganin ako sa D4D engines ng Toyota. marami kasing issues regarding the engine.

    meron na rin ngayong nagbebenta ng second hand Avanza 1.3J na hindi lalagpas ng P500k. yun nga lang, gasoline siya at hindi diesel. pero worth it siya (for me) kasi maganda siya either for hauling cargos or ferrying people. mataas din ground clearance niya so no worry sa provincial roads.

    since mitsu owner ka b4, why not pajero 95-97. its big enough for you, its diesel, seats 7, tipid daw yung 4d56-tc, yung local me manual. me 4wd incase you need it in the province, robust underpinnings for the bad roads and best of all its a classic...

    in that case and money, you can get a decent Toyota Revo VX240D or Sport Runner Diesel, Mitsubishi Adventure, or Isuzu Crosswind(2001-2003 XTO or XTRM).

    if gas, pwede rin 2nd hand na Avanza.

    mga sir, ok po ba ang pajero na surplus kac pagpajero kukunin ko mas makamura ako tapos 2005 model pa medyo bago at SUV pa pero matic tranny nga lng...

    i almost bought the Mitsubishi Strada 03' 4x4 kaso my nakapgsabi sakin, sa 500k na budget ko brandnew na lng daw ang kukunin pwede naman ako mgbabayad na monthly kaso P8,000.00 nga lng per month kaya ko.

    mas advisable talaga pag brand new ang kunin mo. try scouting for brand new units and their corresponding d/p and monthly fees. you'll never know na kaya pala sa budget mo na 500k and 8k monthly.

    my suggestions (for brand new):
    - Mitsubishi Adventure GLX or GLS
    - Isuzu Crosswind XL or XT
    - Toyota Innova D4D J
    - Avanza J or G (gasoline nga lang)
