Hi Guys! Need your inputs sana between the two cars. Which is better overall? Comfort, handling and fuel efficiency. I'm looking for a pre-owned car and budget is 500 to 550K. Other options are Vios (2016 model) or Accent (2017 model). Or if you have other suggestion that's within the price range. Thanks!

I like more the conservative looks of the Sylphy over the Elantra.

If you are looking at between Sylphy and Elantra, I’ll take the former anytime. Better ride comfort and NVH not to mention its tried and tested air conditioning system.

For the sub-compacts, you will never go wrong with the vios and city. City has better fuel efficiency over the Vios though not a big fan yet of the CVTs.

Reading from the specs your’re looking for, i’d go with the sylphy... its better than elantra...

one advantage of the elantra is its service manual is online.

    hemanual.org

    I would get the Elantra.

I will rephrase it... + yung online manual to help each user trouble shoot their vehicle, isama na din nating ang fluidic design ng elantra as postive...

*kenn_06 - I suggest you check each car thoroughly and give it a test drive. Choose the one which makes you happy driving it. Other people’s opinion vary and what matters most is that you choose something that you are happy with.

Thanks sa inputs. For me kasi, I like the looks of the new Elantra. Big question for me yung "reliability". I checked out quickly ung thread kaso wala atang ngpost na member. For the Sylphy, conseravtive looks and so far wala namang major issue na namention sa thread. I tried to ask some friends and they advised vios over the two compact car.
