2014 models : toyota altis 1.6e mt vs vios 1.3e at

The 1st gen Vios is very cramped, though fuel efficiency is known to be very good. It is a 1.3 after all.

If mostly used alone, as a daily commuter car I'd go for it. If with passengers, I'd go with the Altis.

Magkano ang budget? Personally I have nothing against the Altis. Hindi naman magkakasludge if oil changes were done regularly. Just bring a mechanic. ES Civic, ayaw?

Vios na. Pagkaalala ko notorious sa sludge build up yang 1.6 altis kapag di napalitan ang oil sa tamang oras.

Pareho lang naman ang altis at vios engine of that era... Parehong sludge prone

We have the 2002 altis with already 180k kms. Regular change oil at 5k kms. Had the oil pan and valve cover resealed at 170k kms and found no significant sludge build up.

Only issue i have now is the rack and pinion.. medyo may alog/ingay na kahit new rack ends and tie rod.. sabi ng aking mekanik eh wag na muna galawin kasi wala naman leak. Hehe sayang daw baka tumulo lang pag ni repair pa

that altis is not as masikip, but masikip just the same.

that vios will give more km/li than that altis.
