tama diba? due for a full model change ang jazz next year? sulit pa ba yun if ever yun jazz bilhin namen?
Kasi it (thai model) doesn't have a lot of items that you could locally. Namely; Steering Wheel mounted Audio Controls, Cruise Control, Manually Adjustable Headlight Levelling Switch, Leather-covered Steering Wheel, Power Folding Side Mirrors, and a Cooled Upper Glove Box linked to the A/C system for your drinks. Kahit may 42K ka dito, mahihirapan ka humanap ng ganito. While imho, yung 1.5V bumpers, meron naman available aftermarket.

I'd go for the Thai Jazz if its available. depends really on what you prioritize. I'm after the RS bodykit. Spoiler nlang parang naka aftermarket kana. But if you're after those Fridge Compartment (you can put your drink on the cupholder near the aircon n u still get cool drinks if you ask me), Cruise Control for long drives and audio controls (probably the best feature the JDM has over the thai), go for the JDM. Jazz is also more flexible than the City, tho the City's chrome knobs and plastic accents really give the interior a luxurious feel compared to the Jazz.

As for a new model next year, I doubt it. probably 2014. Usually Cars have a 6 year life. the current GE Jazz was launched last 2008 in Japan, sold here 2009. So I'm expecting an all new model to be launched in japan 2014 and then sold here 2015. My prediction. You'll notice the same life cycle for the Civic FD, launched in 2005 ended production in 2011. The only reason the 1st Gen Jazz was quickly replaced here in the Philippines was it came in late. Launched in 2001 in Japan but only came in the Phils. in 2004. Sales ended in 2008 when the current GE Jazz came out.

Also if you check out the new price list of Honda phil ---> Price Guide :: Honda Cars Philippines, Inc.
You'll notice that they have the 1.5 V Mugen Jazz for 1,077,000. very tempting if money wasn't an issue hehe

1M for a Honda Jazz is BS. Kahit gaano ko kagusto ang Jazz, I won't buy that Mugen Variant.

We've always known that Honda is BS sometimes, look at that Pilot and Odyssey. I think who ever buys those models didn't do their homework. XD Jazz is as always at a steep price especially for the 1.5 Variant, bordering already in the Compact Car price range. But I think Honda Phil knows that only a Honda Jazz can swallow up 3 balikbayan boxes in the subcompact and compact car category. so they are commanding a price for that.

hahahah! I'm sure it can swallow that 3 balikbayan boxes with folding the rear seats, and then, where are you going to sit the balikbayans? LOLz! Still, the Jazz is way overpriced. Only Toyota sells cheaper versions of their sedan based hatchbacks. That 1M Jazz is absurd!

Um.. the Driver seat? =) agree 1M Jazz is crazy even I find the JDM pushing it a bit too much. But hey, it all boils down on what the driver wants.

Looks like this. Most likely orig ung benta ng honda. tho you can get fake ones lang naman din. I heard its around 30k+ for both front and back bumpers.
