I'm choosing between the two. We'll be using it around the city for errands and stuff. Which one do you prefer?

The EON might be the better option with its small engine. Currently I am basing my opinion on the specs since I havent driven either car yet.

BTW, how about other options like the Kia Picanto and Chevy Spark?

I'm also looking at the Spark but I prefer something newer.

Well, personally, I wouldn't choose the Spark for design reasons.

The Picanto is a nice car to drive. Looks great too. Have you considered this?

    Pros:
Eon is good in terms of millage fuel efficient , design is good mapa external and internal
    Good AC, 1 lng lagi

    cons:
you will experience gear level vibration and minsan machine shaking...

    Overall feedback,

    Good for city driving...

I was previously enamored with the Eon, being cheap and fuel efficient and acceptably good-looking. Then I realized, for an additional 30k, you can get a Suzuki Celerio - bigger engine, roughly as fuel efficient, more space, more features, better looks.

The Celerio is actually 40k more than the TOTL Eon. Only additional feature worth mentioning is the tachometer. And the Eon has a longer cabin and bigger trunk. The Eon's back seat has much more knee room than the Celerio. The only advantage in space the Celerio has is about two inches more elbow room.

And then you consider the base Eon is 100k cheaper, while the dropped "Gold" trim on the Celerio was almost 600k...

Still like the Celerio... Recommended them before to a friend looking for sales rep cars... But the Eon is a better bargain at the moment.

Oops. I just based it from published prices on the internet, the Eon at 498k and the Celerio MT at 528k. The Eon looks so diminutive it's hard to believe that it's more spacious than the slightly bigger Celerio. What about power? Does the lighter Eon make up for the 200cc handicap in displacement and 10 hp disadvantage in output?

I noticed that you guys haven't done any Celerio reviews, either at BBC or at Kotse. Suzuki being stingy with test units?

^ I was referring to the 498k Eon GLS. So 30k difference lang for the bigger engine and slightly larger chassis.

If you're looking at the base 438k Eon, malayo na presyo nun.

Actually... not really many problems in that thread. The brake thing is just a brake thing. Could be dirty. Could be out-of-spec pads or adjustment done at Suzuki Iloilo.

Some of the posts in that thread are funny... shouldn't inflate to 39/36psi? Less grip daw? Those guys are living in the 20th Century. 36+ psi inflation pressures are standard on many new cars, and the only time they cause less grip is if you use those pressures on bias ply tires... which you can't buy anymore except at vintage-style tire dealers.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

I dont think the MIRAGE will be in the same category as "mini" ryt? Correcte if am wrong, as per specs, it'll be competing with the"sub compact" category, jazz, fiesta and yariz.
