Out of budget na yung Honda Civic (base V MT starts 870k) this pricing strategy of Honda purely sucks (sorry Honda fanboys) just to preserve their prestige status??
Back to Topic:
Other cars you can check out is the Ford Focus Trend MT, Chevrolet Cruze LT MT, Nissan Sentra old body.
Good luck and better test drive to have things in your perspective
Thanks sa mga reply. actully naconsider na din namin yun cruze at focus, pero yun cruze kasi, as what i've read e mejo maraming flaws at issues tulad ng aircon. at baka mahirapan din sa maintenance dahil sa mahal ng parts. yun focus naman, luma na din kasi and a new focus might come late this year or maybe next year. so narrowed down to altis at civic ang choices kaya lang yun 1.8v ng civic maraming kulang na features na nasa altis pero mas mahal padin siya priced at 870k+. should i look on the new elantra 1.6? TIA!
The Elantra is lacking in features ( - it was stripped down )
The Civic is old.
The Cruze is somewhat expensive to maintain.
The Focus will be soon replaced.
The Altis will be your best bet in this segment. Commendable technology. Refreshed looks. Cheap-ish maintenance. Great interior & luggage space.
*renzo thanks for the reply, if only M/Ts are offered on TOTL sub compacts, i might have too many cars to choose from. but for this budget and choice of tranny, i also think i could count on the altis 1.6G. kung may M/T lang ang 1.6V baka lalo kaming nahirapan. Haha.
