The Mitsu Lancer EX RalliArt is also a good platform for later modifications if you want more power. More boost and/or alcohol injection systems can easily & safely increase the power output without major/expensive engine modifications.
The Lancer EX RA looks great with it's stock 18 inch wheels and upgrading to 19 inch wheels is not a problem as well for an even more aggressive stance on the road or parked in the garage.
The Subaru Impreza STI sedan is also a great sports/performance car but externally it looks "soft" and un-aggressive.
I am feeling that you want a car that does not look "practical" and does not blend in the "crowd". The Ralliart gives you that kind of "look" in a car without going beyond your budget. And your budget actually gives you the option to upgrade the Ralliart's performance a little above factory spec potentially without hurting the warranty (much).

Quick Question,
*GH, turbocharged ba yung ralliart ? from the looks of it kasi, it is. FMIC, vents on the hood etc.
Yung Limited yata na Lancer Ralliart ay black ang rims nya at iba ang OEM radio(may TV/DVD with Navigation).Same to nung unit na nakadisplay noon sa motor show nung August.
Halos 2 Million Pesos nalang ang Lancer Ralliart so okay nayan.![]()
Sa totoo lang..
Sablay yung center cap na Ralli Art sa OEM 18s ng Lancer EX.
Hindi naman ata black yung mags, eggman. Gun metal ata yun.
On the straights, yes, it's possible. The modified WRX can beat a stock STi. But on the track, I seriously doubt it. Maraming modifications pa for you to outrun an STi on the track using a WRX, except of course, if the one driving the STi is one rich guy who bought a sports car but doesn't know how to handle it well. And the one driving the WRX is a true car enthusiast that knows how to handle that kind of car well. ;)
If you're going to use it still as a " family-car " then I guess the GC isn't the right car for you. 2 doors --> I guess you already know why. ;)
mas maganda if you prefer a monster engine car, buy kana yung fully loaded na and mas maganda pa yun kaysa mag upgrade ng mods especially you have a big room for expenses.
The M3 is just under 8m. The C63 likewise. Way out of the threadstarter's budget, sadly.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
Grabe naman yun budget. Maghanap ka nalang ng additional Php2M sa couch mo and go for the R8 instead of the C63 and M3spare parts? Madami naman sa Greenhills yan eh
Between the C63 and the M3, more of C63 parin ako. Kahit ano gawin ko, there are too many people in Beemers buying M logos and slapping these in their cars. Eh kita palang sa exhaust eh, give away na eh..For 8M, Porsche Turbo please..
----------
For less than Php2M, since more of comfortable drive si TS with the ability to vroom on the freeways, I'm now leaning more on the GC too rather than the STi. Sobrang stiff daw yun STi eh according to reviews, might not be the best if you plan on crossing the road of the Philippines. For the Ralliart, it's a very viable option. But as I said earlier, if I'm going to hear an exhaust note in the expressway, I'd rather hear a N/A 3.8L over a Turbo 2.0L.
agree with you bro on all points lalo na regarding the c63 and m3. also the m3 is more of a track car and c63 is more of a daily driver.
regarding the STi naman, kaya siya ganon ka stiff pati yung EVO kasi they are really perfomance oriented cars. talagang focus ng dalawang car na yan is performance not comfort. unlike the gc which is more like a tourer.
Sir I suggested these two cars sa TS hindi para pangporma ang M or AMG logos but to let him know na hindi nya kelangan i-give-up ang nakasanayan nyang luxury sa isang sedan, sabi nya kasi nagsawa na sya sa luxury sedan kasi mabagal. These two cars have both the luxury na nakasanayan nya and the sporty feeling na hinahanap nya. I did not suggested the R8 kasi hindi naman supercar ang hinahanap nya.
my BMW 320d na po b sa black market??
at ano anong site po b pwede mkabili sa black market??? OT
May i also say, forget about comfort when buying performance car? Also forget about lower maintenance as most performance/sports cars are higher to maintain....that's a fact sir.
Even an expensive Z4 can shake and rattle you inside, I've heard quite few complains about this.
Among the 3, GC will be more comfy, but testdrive the STI and Ralliart and see that they are not far behind.Their previous models were the really harsh ones. Check for yourself, test the 08 STI in MI. I feel like riding a fast BMW whenever I ride my friend's 08 STI who only changed to lowering springs. Or get a coilover for that matter.
baka po you are referring to "grey market" pertaining to unofficial imports. pagka "black market" ibig sabihin po ata nun illegal.
to answer your question i don't know about the 320d pero nakakita na ako few years back sa batangas ng brand new x3 na personally imported from Taiwan ata.
I think it might be possible to get a CPO 320d at decent prices now. Probably just over 2m.
That's straight from BMW, with a warranty.
The 320d isn't quite as powerful as the others... but the midrange torque is similar, so in traffic, it'll still feel quick... and it's more than capable of cruising at speeds of 200-220 km/h on the highway.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
