May naka kuwentuahan ako isang may ari ng pagawaan ng sasakyan sa banawe..Dalawa lang daw sa buong Pilipinas ang hindi dinididspatsa agaraan na sasakyan dahil sobrang tibay at sobrang versatile pang matagalan ika nga..Isuzu crosswind at Nissan urvan...hindi sirain at workhorse. Do you agree?

I'll add the hilux sa list esp the 3LT engine before the crdi of hilux. Mas kunti makikita mo nagbebenta noon sa mga bumili dati, kahit search mo pa sa net.

Sa van sulit kasi urvan dahil mura talaga vs hiace. Pero sa tibay hindi ko matatawaran din ang hiace eh, iba talaga Toyota esp yung mga non-crdi engines, very reliable talaga. Tsaka mas malakas sa actual driving experience yung toyota 2LT vs sa TD27 2.7ltr ng nissan. But better ride comfort and aircon ang Nissan Urvan.

ask ko rin sir what insurance company that has a good reputation and can give the best price for a comprehensive insurance...nakapagtanong ako sa china bank(i dont know the name of the insurer) sa amount na 1,050,000 the comprehensive insurance is only around 18,000 with acts of God pa sa casa 40K tapos binabaan sa 30K...

We have the Revo diesel kasi which uses the same engine and I don't find it matulin at all. Ibigsabihin ba mas makupad pa diyan ang TD27?

Yung harap ng Crosswind durog na durog pero scratches lang ang meron sa likod ng Santa Fe. I can say the same with the Revo. I rear ended a jeepney, the jeepney had some slight dents and a few displaced stainless panels pero durog yung buong harap ko at natamaan pa ng radiator. Napakalipis ng pintuan niyan! Wala ngang side impact beams eh. Not so sure about the Adventure, pero hindi siguro yan lalayo. I'd say if it comes to safety, Innova is the best choice due to having GOA certification, side impact beams, ABS/EBD and airbags.

About the crosswind, yes very reliable ang engine, lalo na timing gear kase, about the body and underchasis sa toyota ako, na compare ko na din pagdating sa heavy duty use, nakita ko yung downside ng crosswind sa urvan marami nagsasabi matibay daw, dahil din sa timing gear ride and comfort maganda talaga, pero I noticed bakit sa shuttle from the baguio, hiace karamihan ginagamit, maybe sa manila favor sa urvan, pero sa mga province Hiace marami

Kamusta na nga pla yung revo mo bro ok na ba?

Yung Revo namin bakal ang bumper, 1st gen GLX eh, yung mukhang matanda. Naayos din naman after one month dahil sa bagal ng insurance... Yung bullbar ko sa harap ang tumama sa radiator at condenser so... So far pinalit ang buong mukha at palit din radiator and condenser. Sinabay ko na rin ang pagpalit ng timing belt and tensioner bearings. All in all 9k lang since may insurance. I just replaced my speakers awhile ago kasi di na tumutunog ang tatlong main speakers at nung binaklas ang mga pintuan parang wala akong nakitang side impact beams. Or was it that hindi ko lang nahalata?

Actually nakasakay kami ng Hiace na service van ng aming accommodation namin sa Bohol. The island had mountainous parts and hindi hirap ang Hiace. At compared sa Urvan, tahimik yung Hiace. Kung 3.2 Estate version baka ibang usapan na yan

kung Aware ka sa maintenance mas sulit talaga yung crosswind walang computer box, yung mga na ondoy na vehicles with computer box like innova halos they spend a lot for repair, I have seen before 2 flooded diesel innovas sa shop ng friend ko, he said to me sa casa ang estimate for repair is 150t- 200t, pero kuha nya ng repair 60-70t, after few weeks natapos nya yung innova,he said that he just convert it to ordinary engine (with ordinary injection pump) hindi ko alam paano na nya ginawa yun,sa tuwa ng may ari dahil nga napa andar pa nya binigyan pa siya extra tip

Nakakatakot lang sa hiace is the maintenace, once parts starting to fail na tuloy tuloy na. A front uPper suspension arm for each side cost almost 11k. Ouch! Even the old model hiace gsnon rin yun price ng suspension parts niya. For me maganda siya and its equipped with a better engine compared to tye urvan but in the long run masmakakatipid if you end up with an urvan. I interviewed some delivery using urvan. According to them at an average this van is only consuming 14km/liter. Down side is mabilis daw maubos yun front tires. Kaya parwng gusto ko palitan yun isang old adventure namin into a urvan soon or as soon i can save atleast 50 percent for downpayment then remaining balance for 3 years.

Haha~ nasama ang Revo sa usapan. Yung gumawa kasi kakilala namin in our church and he recommended na palitan na ang timing belt and tensioner bearing so pinagawa ko na. Original naman lahat ng ginamit.

Nahalata ko nga yung sa aircon ng Crosswind. Mas maganda tingnan ang rear vents sa Adventure. Ayoko lang dun kasi parang medyo masikip ang cabin niya as compared to the others. At bat yung roof rails niya may nakasulat na "Forbid Loading"? Hindi ba talaga nagagamit yan?

Yes I remember that thread, doon ko nga nalaman na malambot ang body ng crosswind. Lalo ako naniwala nung nakakita ako ng actual mga Crosswind may mga bangga. Kita mo sa pagkakayupi na malambot lang ang lata. Kung may nag-iinstall siguro ng custom side bars makakatulong but magkano kaya? I assume it's costly. Ano bang safety features ng crosswind like may air bags na ba to? I assume it's common feature na nowadays.

hehe, turbocharged kasi coming from Aus yung sa kakilala ko, 3L nga lang yung locally sold 2.8. Yun yung grabe di talaga tibay.

Sa van yan talaga kasi daing yung 90% na makikita dito sa amin, hiace at Urvan na non-crdi before the advent of the crdi hiace. Mas matulin talaga hiace vs urvan despite the diff in power.

Oo nga gulat nga ako nung ginagawa nya, hindi din siya tatangap ng gawa if ever hindi tatagal, sa engine at underchassis masabi ko na expert talaga siya, may warranty sa kanya yun pero so far hindi pa bumalik sa shop niya means ok naman
