    Hard to choose coz I both like the focus hatch and civic. hmmm the wise choice here is the Civic!! why? coz of the engine, brand and resale. I wouldnt mind owning a focus though.

    After having a fleeting experience with the new Civic, still I find the Ford Focus more filled with character both inside and outside.

    Focus for me.

    MKI Focus was known to be one of the best in class when it comes to handling befitting its european roots... i expect it to be even better this time with the MKII Focus.

    i like the exterior & interior better.

    power is adequate not overflowing like the Civic though....

    para sa akin go with the civic 06. complete sa safety like front, side and curtain airbags. maganda rin ang review nito sa US compare sa focus. just wait at hindi ka magsisisi.

    As a note, the Ford Focus in the US is the first generation one only. The new Focus and the Mazda3 have both been compared favorably to the new Civic.

    Thus, no, there are no reviews from the US for our current Focus..

    yung TOp of the Line Civic lang yung may side airbags. then yung Side-Curtain Airbags eh di talaga available (even as option). sa USDM lang yun na Standard all 6airbags for all the trim levels.

    saka tama yung sabi ni Niky about the C1 Platform based Focus not available in North America...

    Focus, yung hatch. If looks can kill, this car murders the Civic. Havent driven any of the two so this is just my impression.

    ok sa kin yung civic 2006.. for the variants of MT 1.8S or 1.8V difference is the airbags.. for the price of 757k for the 1.8V pwede na rin..

    civic - imo it will be easier and costs lower to maintain in the long run. and its all-new now for 2006-2007, versus other contenders.

    ford focus hatch d'best .. may power, looks, lufet ng handling... wow pang WRC yan.. san ka pa

    new civic is a civic.. sikat na talaga sa pinas. focus parang iba na usapan.. ganda naman talaga ng focus hatch..

    sana may civic hatch din.

    Di ko type yung focus--ang liit ng headlights, parang ang liit ng mata kung titignan mo sa harap plus the incident when I was looking at it sa festival mall then I was testing the controls sa loob and sabi nung ahente kse ayaw gumana nung pinipindot nya---sabi nya "ay ayaw, nasira na ata..."
