Well, the Innova may serve you well function-wise. But in this SUV-crazy country owning a Fortuner is definitely a way up.
As always, it all boils down to affordability.

Pick the one you want that fits your needs and budget. Don't listen to what others think you should buy because at the end of the day you are the one that will have to pay for it and live with it. It doesn't matter if the models will be redesigned two years from now, because all vehicles get redesigned and the new version will need a year or two before all the glitches are ironed out. So unless you are willing to wait 4 years for the vehicle to be free of problems get the one you will be happy with to drive and use.

why not Nissan Grand Livina? may sukle ka pa kahit top end kunin mo na variant..
but kung sa choices mo talaga, go for Innova G, masyadong mahal ng ang V variant ng innova.

^^ I agree with c_cube. Consider the Grand Livina. It also seats 7 yet it's very cheap.
Don't run for the Captain seats and stuff, the regular seats will do.

October 30th, 2009 07:03 PM #25Guys dadalawa lang po yun piliaan...
For me.. depende kung ano type ng family nyo.
1. Kung gusto ng konting porma at malakaslakas na makina - go for the Fortuner.
2. Kung gusto ng leg space sa 3rd row at ng Captain chair - go for the Innova V. If you are considering Innova why not consider Innova G.
Bottom line - go to Toyota and request for a test drive.

For family use, the Grand Livina and Carens are only going to be a little more spacious than a regular sedan. They're narrow-bodied and car-based.
The Innova is immensely more practical than the Fortuner... it's lower to the ground, has better ride comfort and it's spacious.
The Fortuner looks better and actually handles somewhat better... but unless you've got money to spare, I'd rather get the Innova.
If you're just five, you might also want to consider crossovers like the Ford Escape, which have a more comfortable, car-like ride... running costs (maintenance/fuel) for the Escape will be better than for the Fortuner... though not as good as the Innova.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
