    Good day masters,

Magpapatulong lang in deciding what my first car should be.
Here are some of the considerations im looking at.
    1. Car should be powerful enough for high areas (location ko po kasi is at Antipolo)
    2. Will be carrying 2-4 passengers(excluding driver), w/ baby/ies
    3. Will be used only during weekends or long trips.
    4. (Minor lang) Feature set

    Thank you po

    5 seater lang Altis
    7 seater BRV (matic pa)

mahirap i compare yan.. kung di mo naman kailangan ang 7 seater, just go with the altis.

Mukang BRV based on your stated requirements.

If you have a baby, then go for the BRV, you'll appreciate the extra cargo space it offers against the Altis, you know how much more stuff you'll need to haul for the baby

have baby?you'll need space for the kitchen sink!
the sedan is for parents with "older kids".

Yung 4 passengers kasama na baby? So yaya, misis, you, panganay and baby? Kasi if it's more than that, mag BRV ka na. But if tama ang assumptions ko, better get the Altis. Why the Altis? More usable trunk lalo na sa stroller and mga gamit ni baby. Yung BRV will compromise the space when the seats are folded down, baka lumipad pa stroller nyo on hard braking situations. Space pa on the first 2 rows on the Altis is vast compared to the BRV. As a dad din, you will appreciate the lower loading floor of the Altis vs a car riding much higher.

Magandang insight to Sir. Will consider your suggestion, pero sabi ni Dr. D, pang older kids lang daw ang sedan?

    my opinion lang po!
when my two kids were babies, i drove a van. with the wife, yaya and the babies' clothes, foods, stroller, etc., the non-van was simply too small.

Thanks Sirs. Nahirapan lang pumili kasi parang ang main advantage lang (para sakin) ng BRV is the seating capacity. Any pros and cons that you can share between the two?

Isa segurong advantage ng altis(2017 model) ay yung 7 airbags, added safety sa mga nakasakay.

kung pang pamilya talaga ang tutok as requirements, i'd go for the brv

actually, the stroller alone and the other baby stuff pa will make you pine for more space even though the brv and the altis are already relatively spacious options na nga

Thanks Natsu, mukhang I will go na with the BR-V, since mostly kailangan easily accessible yung mga gamit nya.

I own both an 11th gen Toyota corolla Altis and a honda BRV. IMO the Altis is way better in terms of comfort, ride and quality. The BRV interior is full of cheap hard plastic. The doors and car body is so thin and light you would wonder if this is really made with cheap materials. Also it is so underpowered you can hear the engine drone with rejection when carrying just 5 people aboard. The only reason I bought it is because my wife loves it. Groan... Sigh.. If I have my way I would never buy it. For a 989k price . this is a rip off. Also lets not kid ourselves saying the BRV has larger space because its not. It just has a 3rd row seat which can fit 2 small children. Try an adult and they will complain of cramp space. Fold the 3rd row seats and you get a hatchback on "stilts" lol ! Do yourselves a favor and buy a Subaru XV , Mazda CX3 or Chevy trax instead. If you really want a good 7 seater, then go buy a Midsize SUV. If you are short on budget, then go ahead and buy the BRV. Hopefully you wont regret it.

Mas mataas ang tingin ko sa ALTIS ... I don't mean height ... more on quality etc. BRV is more of a AVANZA competitor
