Red flag yan na you are working for 2 years na sa isang company at wala kang ITR. I wonder what kind of accounting is happening in that company. Check your payslip kung may nababawas na income tax. Baka binubulsa nila yan.

    Q. whats the Basis for installment approval?

    A. capacity to pay measured by:

    1. steady income - need ITR as proof
    2. net worth - bank deposit
    3. rich parents - deposit on same bank

If i were the loan officer and I recommend you for approval despite having none of the above, siguradong tsugi ako sa boss ko

Kung qualified ang sis mo, that's ok, mag deed of sale na lang kayo.

    Face value? [emoji41]

Capacity to pay and walang bad record.

Wow this is something new for me.

I just provided the information the bank requested (monthly income, designation, company, etc). Within a week approved naman.

I guess it helped we've been banking at that branch for over 2 decades na and ex-OFW ako
