I checked all except brand. I do a comprehensive and multiple test drives of cars I'm considering to buy.

I used to consider brand. But, after having seen a late-model Camry at the side of the road with hood up and a friend's new Nissan Altima SE having to be towed from his garage due to starter problems, I decided I wouldn't rely on brand alone.

Overall vehicle performance and features-for-money come first.
    Aesthetics is next.

    I am not brand-conscious.

Value for your money-for a price of maybe 800k-1M, will you be able to avail for yourself additional safety features (ABS,EBD,Airbags, etc), fuel economy, space, convenience, etc.

Exterior and interior looks mainly, tapos price. Alangan namang bumili ako ng mukhang Toyopet eh 21st century na ngayon.

I never bothered about HP or fuel consumption. Hindi naman kasi ako racer and I have a light foot.

The most gorgeous I've seen are those from Kia. Model-like talaga.

I had an impression that they would do anything just to close a deal, especially a big one. (what "anything" means....I leave it to your imagination).

when buying for a new car i would usually look for something that me and my family would be needing whenever we will use the car like engine reliability, the size of the vehicle etc., last na siguro yung looks... pero syempre after considering everything, one important thing to consider is the price ksi if it doesn't fit the budget eh di nonesense na din ang lahat... hehehe...

    Resale Value! Almost everything follows.

When it's appealling or popular, it has to be because of something...looks, performance, parts, etc.

syempre all of the above ang ideal choice kaya nga we are here in tsikot.com, but when i bought my first car it was more on the "looks and brand" criteria but as time goes by nagiging practical na ako (family man) kaya priority ko na yung engine and fuel ecomomy factors,

This poll would probably be more interesting if you could pick just one... So those people going for engine/interior (like me) will be forced to pick which is really more important.

I voted interiors but it was a very close call between the interiors and the fuel consumption. For me I chose interiors simply because we stay there for pretty much our driving lives so it must be nice, comfortable, and pleasant.

    1. the 'love-at-first-sight' factor
    2. interiors
    3. engine/fuel consumption

Basically, I have no idea how to choose a car. I just go for my instincts and weigh the pros and cons from there. I would choose a low-profile car over something that is more pricey if the low-profile excites me more :D

affordability ang una, maganda nga, complete safety features and mataas resale value di mo man mabili wala rin. cguro isipin mo muna kung kelangan m ba talaga nang kotse then kaya ko ba gastusin pag may kotse ie gas, parking, insurance, car mantainance.
