i would look at all the factors above but i would include future resale value
after all, at some point of time, you will want to sell your car and would like to get the best value for it vis-a-vis the money you put in

ang hirap naman pumili!! when we got my bro's city, we considered 2 options, the engine (especially the fuel economy) and the interior (which is light years ahead of the vios, IMO)

I look at the tech specs, exterior design and finally the badge it wears. The badge basically indicates whether depreciation is bad or good. I'd also go with something not a lot of people would have as much as possible.
