What do you think of the 2010-2012 Mazda 6? But the price is close to the Honda Accord and Toyota Camry.

that's why i never bought that skyactiv hype. mali kasi ang approach ng mazda trying to market efficient gasoline cars. it's just that the physics will never support that.

atop trying to reinvent the wheel

yun mazda 3 ngaun unang tingen ko pa lang gas guzzler na no matter what the technology, car body size will and always be dead giveway for guzzling

I like the 6. Lovely car. Perhaps one of the few midsize sedans that actually has a youthful image. My only worry is parts especially as the years go by, what with it's relatively low population; something that is not much of a problem with the Camry and Accord.

Wala ka lang sigurong pangfull tank. [emoji28]

You don't have to use the entire tank for an accurate measurement you know. Punuin mo lang once, then use it for a few days/weeks. Kahit 1/4 tank lang nagamit mo, full tank mo uli (automatic ha, wag sagad). Divide mo yung total distance travelled sa volume na nakarga mo (mga 10-20L depending on the car kung 1/4, mga 500 pesos lang yan). Ayun, full tank method computation.

BTT: Ford Escape/Mazda Tribute has got to have one of the worst resale values around. SRP of around 1.1M when new, now worth just 200+k. Many Subic imports with similar prices are actually around a decade older.

It's actually quite nice to drive. Very solid body and chassis, smooth ride, an acceptably powerful engine with excellent NVH, good parts availability... Very good car sans the 4km/L city fuel consumption. Wait... That's probably why...
