guys help me naman about this, what to do?where to go?how much will it cost me?estimated lang po.

since magpaparehistro ako ngayong feb, isabay ko nalang ba don mas ok ba?meron nakong deed of sale...san ba mas madali....ano ano po yung process salamat...

hitman. magpapatransfer of ownership din ako bukas, sabay rehistro na.

ang sabi sa kin ng kontak ko, mayron daw one stop shop ng lto tsaka pnp-tmg dito sa may tapat ng patts sa tramo, pasay. marami na rin daw taga-ayos dun para nakaupo ka lang during the entire process (syempre of course, for a fee) :shock:

ang sabi sa akin na process is first, papa macro-etching ka muna tapos hintayin mo yung release ng clearance from pnp-tmg. after daw nung release ng clearance eh pwede na raw yung actual transfer process sa lto (dun din, under the same roof).

ang tip din sa akin is medyo matagal daw ang release ng clearance galing sa pnp-tmg (usually takes 3 days daw), unless magpapadulas ka (usually daw mga 500). and yes, before i forget, you have to pay the clearance in advance sa landbank branches, tapos papakita mo sa pnp-tmg mismo yung teller validation sa deposit slip. kaya kung ako sa iyo, try to get the form na in advance.

as i mentioned, gagawin ko to bukas. so i will just know the details bukas din. (pero allocated ko na dito is one whole day, just in case).

hitman, ang sabi nung inutusan ko. dun daw mismo sa office ng pnp-tmg nakakakuha ng forms. request for vehicle clearance ang name nung form. tapos punta ka landbank, fill-up deposit slip (200 pesos) tapos yung teller, i vavalidate yung deposit slip and yung form. the form will be given back to you tapos yun ang papakita mo sa tmg to request for the clearance mismo.

ang pagkakaalam ko me limit sa date ng deed of sale. alam ko rin mga 6 months lang ata.

a ganun ba? magkano kaya fine? last april ko kasi nabili yung oto ko eh. registration nya this april din.... :?

hindi po sya mafa-fine. ma-invalidate yung deed of sale kung sobra ng tagal nung date.

Ano to?! If you have a deed of sale for your car, Iyo na yun! walang expiration date yan or whatsoever. You can transfer ownership of the vehicle sa registration to your name anytime you want. I transfered mine after 2 years pa, kung di pa ko nag pa paint ng ibang kulay, di ko pa update yung registration ko.

So what I did is to have it macro etched sa tmg sa pasay in front of domestic Aport. Paid sa landbank, I think 100 for every transfer, kasi yung ride ko 3 transfer ang ginawa, yung 2 previous owners di din nila pina transfer to their names yung registration then another 100 bucks for the change in color.

Sa tmg, kailangan bawat kilos or pirma ng naka uniform (actually before their deed) kelangan mag ipit ka na ng padulas (I'd recommed you to have at least 300 worth ng tig 20) padulas, depende pa din yan kung may makitang konting problem, kelangan mo lakihan ng konti, but start giving by 20s' lang.

I dunno bout lto dun na din, kasi my registration is in cavite kaya, i had to go to south office sa may herran sa manila to update records ng registration ko.

Gud luck, by the way na accomplish ko sha ng 2 afternoon din.

ito ay papeles na nagpapatunay na ikaw na ang may-ari
ng sasakyan na binili mo..

updates na lang kung paano yung step by step
para sa pag change owner....gudluck

meron na akong pinost na different forum for this ah. bakit kaya nawala? kahaba-haba pa naman nun. tinatamad na akong magtype eh.

anyways, yup. walang expiry ang deed of sale. ang may expiry is yung PNP clearance na kukunin mo. its only good for 10 days lang so after i release sa yo yun, dapat within 10 days, i pa change ownership mo na.

hitman. as i said. nawala yung talagang pinost ko na proceso eh. ang haba pa naman nun.

Process nalang dapat ng maayos.. Iwasan na lang sana nating mag LAGAY para hindi makasanayan ng mga Gov. workers

yung lagay sa pagpapa-expedite ng release ng PNP clearance ay para lang naman sa mga nagmamadali(same day makukuha yung clearance)...di na yata mawawala sa atin yan tiwaling negosyo...ang maganda naman sa LTO sa Mandaluyong (may malapit na ring Land Bank branch for payment) ay mahigpit sila noong time na nagpa-transfer ako...bad trip lalagyan talaga nila ng acid yung chassis number at kakaskasin pa ng screw driver to check kung yun talaga kulay at chassis # ng kotse mo (meron daw kasing nakalusot na hot car....ngek!!! :? kaya pala naghigpit...kung wala pang nakalusot di pa sila maghihigpit)

wala palang expiration yung deed of sale? meron kasi naka paskil sa LTO dito na within ilang months lang dapat mag transfer of ownership na yung buyer. :evil:
