280k lang budget ko and i'm choosing between 2000 corolla 1.6gli altis or 1.8 seg altis, which has a difference between 10-20k alin b mas ok, i knw maliit ang space sa loob pero ok lang ako lang naman gagamit nito, help naman thanks...

parehong lovelife yan diba?
my officemate owns a 1.8 Limited Edition. lakas daw sa gasolina. nag aaverage lang daw ng 8 kms/liter.
siguro yung 1.6 variant nyan can average ng mga 10 kms/liter city.

I'd go with the SE-G if you can find one fairly priced and in good condition (medyo mahirap for these to come by it seems). If it does get 8km/L++ in the city then oks na yan given it's and engine from an older generation... it's not really a high HP engine but it does have good torque numbers if i recall it right.
