    Daming Corolla at Civic buyers...hehehe....dami kasing noypi sa Canada! dala pa rin nila yung mga preference nila from Pinas!

    I don't think it's just the Pinoys. Many others choose Corolla or Civic because of their reliability and efficiency. It's no surprise though that Toyota sold more this time.

    Maganda rin ang resale value ng mga honda and toyota as compared to american cars. Very useful nga lang ang mga pick-ups dito when hauling heavy loads, kaya number 1 pa rin ang f150. Sa mga schools naman when fetching the kids, wala ka ng makikitang sasakyan kundi dodge caravans which I think are also cheaper than the ody and the sienna.

    Used to live in toronto, but now in 'Peg City. I guess I just love the simple life. Its a bit of the wet season here in Winnipeg right now but still a good 18degrees outside.

    A lot of those pick-up sales are really for commercial and fleet sales.

    really? if canada is similar to america, then it's not.mist pick-up sales are for personal and small/private business use (like lawn care,construction)

    they seem to favor smaller cars too......toyota echo?man, that car was begging for buyers stateside. now it's dead here.

    May kamahalan din kasi mga SUVs dito kaya karamihan naka lease lang, at sa mahal ng gas dito mas preferred talaga nila yung mga fuel efficient cars kaysa mga V6 or V8.
    More on necessity than luxury ang mga bumibili ng mga sasakyan dito,hindi katulad sa pinas or sa US na kahit saan ka tumingin lahat ng kotse naka pimped. Bihira ka lang makakakita ng mga cars or trucks na modified dito, kung meron man siguradong pinoy ang may ari no'n.
