hehehehe No!... Ayaw ko lang ng may katulad sa office namin and issued car namin yun sa mga Managers at 6 sila na nakaganun.

Parang ang sagwa naman na bumili pa ako parang issued Car lang din. I can go to the cheapest car even picanto basta wag lang na masyado madami.

I dont say na One of a kind cars ang expander and rush, what I'm saying is kung madami na din nakarush sa office hindi din yun ang kukunin ko or even XV baka sabihin gaya gaya lang ako.

And it's my money kung saan ako masaya dun ako. Even bumili ako JAC na SUV, or any chinese car.

Individuality is one of the main pillars of the current generation. It may seem strange but to them, it is very important to be differentiated and able to express themselves outwardly.

I’d go for the XV because its “rare”..

Be wary though that the brand has just restablished itself in the country so meaning not so many spare parts available outside of the casa and not so many mechanics who have the skill to repair the car.

But im sure if you ask around there are shops out there who sell spare parts and have the skills. Bottom line, you have to do some research if you decide to get an XV. Unless you want to stick to casa.

well, it is easy for moi, because my cars are tools to help me go about my trade more easily.
for those who use cars for "other objectives", i can imagine how difficult it can be for them.
imagine, not using the one of the most reliable and flexible vehicles around... just because many folks use 'em...
but TS already said it: "It is a personal choice".

I think I understand what Clavel is thinking. As good and as practical the Innova may be but it just one vehicle that is hard to be loved from an aesthetic point of view. It is just not a pretty vehicle. Toyota could have made it look like an Odyssey or a Carnival.

I for one love the innova. Wouldnt mind getting one if I need it. Very versatile and for me more spacious than the fortuner.

Personally for what it is, I find the Innova good looking. Saw one along Kalayaan Avenue yesterday with what looked like 225/235 wide tires on 17" rims, aftermarket tail lights and a dark paint job.

I actually wanted to take a picture. Looked better than some PPVs.

But there's nothing wrong with having preferences naman. His car, his rules. Wala naman siguro sa tin bibili ng kotse na gusto ng iba pero di naman natin gusto.

I respect that sir TS does not like the Innova for whatever reason. It's his money, so his rules. His original choices, for which he asked our opinion anyway, were just amongst the XV, the Rush and the Xpander. No Innova there to begin with, right? So let's not force our "preference".

The Rush has bad FC - small engine paired with a heavy body, low power-to-weight ratio. Online reviews state it is just doing around 7 km/L which is comparable to crossovers with 2.0L NA engines.

Ibang level syempre ang XV sa Xpander or Rush. The quality, the drive... It is definitely no econobox, which the Xpander and Rush definitely are. But the drawback would be seating capacity and cargo space, something the Xpander and Rush are good at.

And then again, fuel prices are high. Ever fancy a diesel? For something different I'd suggest the Kia Soul CRDi. You get good gas mileage, and good cargo space thanks to the cube-ish shape.

Or, take advantage of the TRAIN law and get a pickup!

Sa palagay ko, strike out yung Rush at Expander bossing. Panigurado, kasing dami din ng Innova ang mga yan later. Among your 3 options, XV na talaga. Masarap imaneho, maluwag at mataas din. Kahit 2.0L, hindi yan kasing takaw ng ibang 2.0L models.
