I'm planning to buy a new car this month. I'm 24 years old and currently have a hyundai accent. Just wanna know your opinions on these 2 car. I'm looking for a headturner car with good performance. Halos same lang price nila and both good looking cars. Thanks in advance.

the wrx is a more practical car and has more power. but if you want a really good handling car then the brz is truly one hell of a car and it's a better looking car than the wrx. yes the brz isn't fast but the only car that can handle as well as the brz is the porsche carrera s, at the track sti's and evo's will have a hard time to shake off the brz.

And pwede ba malaman kung how much is the average cost for your PMS for your BRZ? Thanks.

WRX anytime! Yung red! Built for harsher road conditions, bigger, more practical, less douchy, less prone pag-initan. hehehe Both will turn heads.

if mag brz ka bro let me know invite kita agad sa group namin very active and friendly. we have more than 100 members na pero nasa 50 lang talaga yung active yung iba pa sulpot sulpot lang. it's advisable na mag join ka para ma maximize mo yung brz incase yon ang kunin mo.

yes, ok naman yung clutch ng manual niya not as heavy as the brz and STi. yon nga lang the m/t wrx doesn't have some of the features of the cvt wrx.

I think brz won in this one. Thanks a lot bro.

I have seen performance upgrades (supercharger) for the brz from speedlab. Question is how much performance can you squeeze out of the stock engine?

Brz pag may other car ka pa. Mas eye catching for me.

    go with the BRZ.
Since you already have an everyday car to use. the BRZ is perfect for being used just as a weekend car, coding car, date car.

with regards to the sayad. Try to put a rubber lip on the front bumper. it will help prevent the pavement scraping directly to the bumper. para siyang bumper protector.

Changing your rims to a bigger size will also increase your ride height slightly to help in those high ramps.

    Sorry ulit sa OT.

For daily drive, long distance every 3 months, comfort and porma(binata pa). WRC CVT vs Forester XT?

For a yuppie or even a dad with a family of 3-4, the WRX will be a better choice. The Forester XT is better suited as a family vehicle - big size to seat comfortably 5 people plus carry enough luggage for a vacation.

My thoughts on WRX vs FXT:

    - If you're gonna get a WRX, get it in manual. I've been driving manuals in EDSA traffic for years, one of which was a heft Ranger with a heavy clutch, and I don't get home any more fatigued than when I drive an automatic.

Performance wise, the CVT WRX will probably be as good as the MT, but there's nothing that feels as engaging as controlling three pedals and a stick shift when driving out of town or on a twisty mountain road.

    - If you want the convenience of a CVT, get the FXT instead. Chances are, you're getting a CVT because it'll be used more as a daily driver and less as a weekend toy, and probably very rarely as a track car (if at all). For that kind of use, the Forester is better suited. The Forester has more space, a more comfortable ride, and a tougher suspension plus ground clearance for road imperfections. Oh, and better flood fording too, in case you need to.
