So has anyone experienced this? Will the financing company pay me the amount in full and cash?

What other things to note for? Hassle ba?

i think, the financing company will pay you in full.
    ask them, po.
inquire about the payment (to you) schedule.
    put it in writing.

You won't be handing the car over w/o full payment.

    sir!
    you're the owner!
you set the price, not them.
unless you agree to lowering your asking price, it's a "take it or leave it" thing.

    Yes, super hassle.

    1) Buyer pays you cash down payment
    2) Bank inspection of car
    3) Bank issues letter of guarantee
    4) CR is transferred to the buyer
    5) You get the balance from the bank

IF you have a cash in full buyer, ditch the other.

This is from bank financing sir? How about the non banks like Asialink?

Kukunin na nila ang unit before pa mag fully paid?
