we should stop buying chinese cars kasi pangit quality hehe pero seriously, even if we stop buying all chinese-made products, ano lang naman effect nun sa buong chinese economy? mas matindi ata effect sa atin if they stop buying philippine products.

Ano ba products na binibili nila from us? Mas marami ata tayo inaangkat sa China kaysa mga bagay na binibili nila sa atin. Eh tambakan tayo ng iba't-ibang produkto galing China. Karamihan pa dito yung fake or copy ng original. Ultimo bigas, pinipeke pa.

Kelangan nila yung West Philippine Sea or South China Sea dahil sa yaman-dagat nito.

pagkakaalam ko we have a trade surplus with China, meaning mas malaki ineexport natin sa kanila kesa iniimport from them. di pa kasama direct investments nila.

    based sa isang website:
Philippines' exports to China amounted to $8 billion or 13% of its overall exports. (2014)

    1. Machines, engines, pumps: $2.4 billion
    2. Ores, slag, ash: $1.7 billion
    3. Electronic equipment: $1.7 billion
    4. Copper: $408.8 million
    5. Fruits, nuts: $308.9 million
    6. Oil: $244.6 million
    7. Medical, technical equipment: $242.1 million
    8. Vehicles: $199.1 million
    9. Organic chemicals: $161.5 million
    10. Plastics: $81.3 million

If we start a trade war with China, this means we will be losing an eighth of our exports and the multiple investments Chinese private companies pour down to the country. That's a big amount to consider but we can lobby those exports to be brought to other countries but there is no guarantee though that other countries will pour in big investments to the country.

However, there are a lot of items that are being smuggled into the country from China that are not recorded nor levied/taxed. Sales of such goods are taken away from our country and brought in to China.

In the auto industry, China offers a big new market for both common and exclusive cars. European manufacturers are pouring in to get a piece of the manufacturing capability of the Chinese. Rich Chinese are also offering big money to attract exotics car manufacturers.

Weapons are one of the key exports of China and they are one of the top 3 biggest manufacturers (together with US and Russia). They manufacturer most of the their equipment except for some that they cannot design on their own. However, they do partner with other countries in addressing some specific needs. What they don't have in ample supply is crude oil for production of petroleum products.

Japanese cars were also considered inferior to American cars during the 70s. But their "cheap" price and product improvements now made them a world standard.

    i would agree on this.
80-90% of the world's goods is made in china.....i think it would be impossible for us to stop these unless these factories who are owned by other countries stopped having their goods made there.

As much as possible di ako bumibili ng made in china lalong lalo na mga chinese brands. Di talaga totally maiwasan dahil sa globalization pero Kung kaya iwasan, iwasan. For example ang colgate eh gawa sa guangzhou so si happy toothpaste na lang.

Dati included HK and Macau but now its lifted. Pero mainland China is still not allowed.

Kaya kung may byahe yung iba at gusto talaga tumuloy they will declare na unemployed sila sa immigration natin which is a no no!

To totally stop buying china made products, you have to live in the jungle or mountains. Grow your own food, make your own clothes, and be secluded from the rest of humanity.
