i got an auto loan from bdo under my sister name... so ung chattel mortgage naka pangalan sa kanya.. ngayon fully paid na ung car...

question.. ano kailangan ko gawin para malipat sa pangalan ko ung kotse?

First step: have the mortgage cancelled sa Registry of Deeds.

Question: kahit saang RD po ba ito, parang banko?

Sa RD po ng place/add nung name sa Chattel or CR. Nasa tatak din po kung saan office.

Bring the reqs po. Bayadan na din po. Keep the receipt o pink slip.

Ako nag intay po ako 10 working days bago ma release hehe
