Release Chattel Mortgage

Scenario : Just paid off my car loan from my bank. Recieved original OR/CR and canceled chattel mortgage from them.

Proccessed : Went to registry of deeds( marikina) for chattel mortgage to be stamped and canceled

HELP PLS : i'm suppose to go to LTO to submit my stamped release chattel mortgage and orig OR/CR to get new CR
(without Incumbered notification) problem is the CR is named aftger my wife only I would to include my name in the car title
what affidavits , notarized letter do i need to submit so i can include my name in the car title?

iba na yan.. pag cancellation of chattel mortgage lang.. tinatanggal lang yung "encumbered" na word sa CR.. pag gusto mo maiba yung owners.. change of ownership na yan.. kailangan nang deed of sale..

your wife need to sell the car to you. Just like Sir _Qwerty_ said, para magkaron ka ng deed of sale.

Or, baka may mai-suggest pa yung ibang tsikoteers and mods
