    gandang araw mga fellow tsikoteer's
Help naman po for may inquiry, nakabili kasi ako ng 2nd hand car and I want it to be transfer to my name, when i checked the or / cr it is orig. and when i checked the CR ay may nakalagay na encumbered, but a Released mortgage paper from the bank is attached with it (original), my question is maaalis ba yung nakalagay na "encumbered" sa CR ko if I transfer the ownership to my name and ano po ba ang procedures sa pag process ng CR (change ownership) na may encumbered but has a released mortgage from the bank.
    thanks very much in advance.

yes, pero ipaparelease mo muna yan sa registry of deeds bago ka magpunta sa LTO. may babayaran ka din dun.. pakita mo na lang yung release mortgage letter from the bank.

Sorry for not backreading. But anyway, I bought my car from my classmate last March. Up to now, I haven't transferred it to my name. Its old comprehensive insurance (Pioneer) has already expired so I got a new one under a different agency (Federal Phoenix). Question, do I still need to present the endorsement of Pioneer to TMG even though I already have a new one under my name?

We forgot kasi to ask the endorsement back then, and I'm wondering if it's still possible to ask them to produce one for the transfer.

if in QC, it is in the Land Registration Authority COMPOUND. IN EAST AVE. QC.

About sa fees. its 1% of the worth of your vehicle when it was originally bought.

Like yung sa TMG is in Camp Crame na pala.

Saka 1 week daw maximum or kaya yun ng 1 to 2 days. tama ba yun?

Nakaregister na yung sasakyan last january pa sa LTO taguig-fti at change ownership na lng yung kelangan ko..how much kya yung magagastos ko..may multa ba ako dahil sa ngayon ko lang pa change ng ownership after 2 yrs?

ok na yung mga docs ko?

    1. Orig O.R and C.R
    2. Latest registration O.R.
    3. Notarized na Deed of Sales (previous owners at latest yung sa akin medyon nabaha)

    Thanks in advance sir...
