Price negotiable? Jeez, that thing drinks gas seriously! No wonder it only has 17k.
Siguro ang FC nyan hindi nalalayo sa 1GR-FE 4.0 V6 na Prado. Before 4.5km/L lang average ko sa city driving.
Ano pala variant, GX or VX?
Pag GX lang, that's expensive IMO. Mas maganda pa interior ng Fortuner sa Prado GX. Nga lang, naka "Prado" ka.
Malakas humigop and doesn't have much performance to back up the perpetual thirst. Avoid. Kung nakatagpo ng malakas humigop na inline 4, you might as well get the V6. Even though it's still thirsty, at least you get the pleasure of excellent performance so patas na rin.![]()
2.7 ain't that big... Not bad in the Fort, but the Prado is a heavy car.
Price is good if you're getting it just to have a 'Cruiser... Just be ready for the bills.
Personally, I would prefer getting an early 2000s 3.0L turbo diesel LC90 instead. Price should be quite similar. Partly also because the LC120's rather unconventional exterior styling still doesn't sit well with me.IMHO, the LC90 looks a lot more masculine.
I get 5.8 km/li with the 2.7 li 2TR-FE. Pure city driving. 6.3 km/li with a trip fr. Manila to Sucat via skyway one way and trip back on the regular highway below.
Its a Fortuner. We get the same with 2.0 li sedans like Corona before.
For me its about right. Its a heavy rear wheel drive vehicle after all.
I would like to get better results but with the traffic, the fastest I get in city is 55-60 kph and thats only 15% or less of the time
Ah, mabigat din kasi. But then the Prado is even heavier, and I think it has the older and weaker 3RZ engine pa, am I right? How's the performance by the way?
you can check ayosdito.ph for car prices, search ka lang ng toyota prado, daming choices don so makikita mo talaga kung tama yung pinepresyo sayo
If you are buying a vehicle that expensive,- then fuel consumption should be a no issue....
