Please help naman mga boss..
Planning to buy 2nd hand car galing sa company namin. Ano po mga kelangan at mga steps para matransfer sa name ko yung car?
Sa OR/CR company name ang nakalagay, sa deed of sale po ba company name din dapat nakalagay? yung pipirma po ba yung owner ng company?
Sabi kasi need pa ng secretary certificate from the company. Pano po ba yun?

not related on the paper works but be very keen on the car details. May ibang cases especially sa fleet cars pinagsswap nila ang parts. so if wala kang kakilala sa loob, pwedeng nakahuyan na ang car Bago irelease sayo. its history might be fine in the records only.

Its a 2015 toyota innova 2.5G sir. 550k, 60k+ odo, casa maintained until now, new batt + tires, shock abs need to be replace and minor scratch and dents.

Kung gusto nilang ikaw nang gagawa ng deed of sale, ask a lawyer friend to draft one for you. Kung wala kang kaibigan na abogado, try doing a Google search for deed of sale for motor vehicle. Download a template, fill in the blanks, tapos pakita sa authorized signatory ng company kung ok sa kanila.

Download a template, fill in the blanks, tapos pakita sa authorized signatory ng company kung ok sa kanila.

kung corporation, kailangan nang board resolution yan pirmado nang corp sec.. then kailangan nang secretary certificate .. i think ganon yung ginawa namin dati.. yung company car na gamit ko dati after 5 years nilipat ko sa name ko.. ako lang gumawa lahat.. then pinapirmahan ko lang.. then notaryo.. sa deed of sale.. 1 peso lang nilagay ko..
