    3. Mine took 1 month for the OR/CR to gey releases and another 2 months for the plates. All new cars sold after september 2018 get new plates fast.

    4. You can drive it already, just don't get caught! But since it is your 1st car, and if i am right to assume you have.not been driving a long time, then i suggest to keep it in the garage until you get the OR/CR. Knock on wood, most new cars with new drivers i see on the road have dents on them, so naaksidente na agad. Pag wala ka OR/CR talo.a na agad sa accident investigation since di mo dapat nilabas kotse mo.
Pwede na sya idrive kahit wala pa plates as long as my OR/CR? Pwede bang di muna ipick up sa casa ang bagong car hanggat wala pa OR/CR?

Hi guys just wanna ask too about buying car. May prospect kasi akong car, Suzuki Celerio 2018 model, around 4km odo, I guess bank repossessed siya. Muka naman okay yung unit, but the thing is, the guy na contact ko about that car is ayaw magbigay ng discount. Then I notice na madami silang nagbebenta with the same unit. As in iisa lang yung unit na binebenta nila. Siguro agent sila ng mga 2nd hand cars.

So I decided na contactin din yung ibang seller na I guess is kasama nya din. Now, my question is okay lang ba na sa ibang seller ako makipagdeal since siya yung nagbigay ng mas babang offer? Or pwede silang magkaron ng conflicts? Any advise?

How about the seller? Hindi ba sila magkakaron ng conflict or magkakaron ng samaan ng loob pag nalaman ni Seller A na kay Seller B ako nakipagdeal even iisang unit lang yung binebenta nila? Ang worry ko kasi is baka isipin ni Seller A na sa kanya ako una naginquire, then after that, eh sa Seller B ako kukuha which is kasamahan nya din.

As consumer bruh, dun talaga ako sa mababa presyo... its their (seller a and b) lesson learn in dealing buyers to stick to their lowest price... ang nangyari kasi jan is nag cocompete sila dalawa, kaya ganyan... if they just help each other na magkasundo sa pinaka last offer na price, walang problema...

so now if sasabihin ng buyer sa seller A pag ang presyo mo kagaya ni seller B sayo ko kukunin ang car if not kay seller B ako... hindi naman pwdeng hindi nila ibebenta ang car not unless seller A own it...

Maiitindahan yan ni seller A... mahal siya mag tinda so dun sa seller B ang punta kasi mas mura...

Naguguilty kasi ako kasi si Seller A ang nakausap ko regarding unit, siya din ang nageffort na ipakita yubg unit samin, ang poibt lang is nakita ko si Seller B with the same post na mas mababa ang price, so kinausap ko siya if mabibigyan nya ako ng mababang price.

Ayun binigyan naman nya ako. Nagaalangan lang ako mag go kasi baka sila naman yung magaway. Hahaha

Even for experienced drivers, pag di kabisado/tantyado yung minamaneho niya, pwedeng manibago pa rin.

Now this is just me, but giving a "newly minted" driver a brand new car... sayang naman.

If you want, para less guilt, ipa bili mo sa asawa or kapatid mo yung sasakyan kay seller B...
