    Additional fee for chattel mortgage. Isn't that one included to the freebies offered by the SA?

    Honestly, this image popped up in my mind when I saw the title.... Tesla Supercharger stations in a rural location. Sorry, we don't have an out-of-town charger [for EVs], yet. ;)

    My SA told me that i need to pay for Out Of Town Charge for the reason that the bank who approved me is from Manila but my declared address is outside Manila for Chattel Mortgage reasons.
