need your help asap.buying a second hand car.

my dad plans to buy this second hand car from my cousin since she will be leaving the country. i need your input on how much the car was brandnew and if the price shes selling it is reasonable.

here are the details my dad told me of the car:

purchased from showroom last august 2006(so thats 9 months used)
honda 1.8(?) automatic(i think its the "V" variant) and from what i know, she bought it at 815k at that time.
very seldom used.(mostly used for city driving in batangas)
lady driven(my cousin)
casa maintained
all original, stock, no added accesories, no scratched, no dents
blue color

her selling price: 780k

need your inputs asap. she'll be leaving in three days so i need to know if this is reasonable.

to review, my questions are:
1. what is the selling price of the civics during august of 2006? if possible all variants since im not 100% sure if its the "V" variant
2. is the price reasonable?
3. how much would you buy this car?

I, personally, would not pay more than 700k for it, judging from other ads.

btw, terms of payment would be around 450 down. then hulugan nalang daw. so u think it should be around 700k max? (civic 1.8 v matic)

Yes. 780k is a ludicrous price - less only 35 thousand for 9 months use?

700k, and that's only if the car is in absolutely impeccable condition.
