need advice :starting for buy and sell

hi everyone! need ko lang po ng advice gusto ko pong mag buy and sell ng used cars....
balak ko pong magstart sa una kong auto so im planning to sell my mitsubishi lancer glxi 1997 model (pizza pie) matic nabili ko pa sya ng 135k so far ang nagastos ko po for maintenance is about 10k kasama napo yung rehistro newly registered lang po. Eto po yung mga question ko..
1. magkano ko po pedeng ibenta yung car ko?ang issue lang po ng car ko eh yung main swicth ng power window sa driver side hindi gumagana pero working naman po lahat ng switch kpag yung switch sa mismong window ang gagamitin..may konting minor scratches pero hindi naman po sya ganun kahalata..makinis pa naman po kung titingnan open deed of sale po sya.

2.ano po ba ang dapat isaalang alang sa pagpili ng bibilhing sasakyan at anong modelo? gusto ko po kc mas lower yung value sa auto na ibebenta ko para yung tubo eh savings muna.

3. legal advice regarding sa papers,pano po ba yung best way of transaction pagdating sa pagbabayran?

the 1997 glxi can fetch at most 180k.
tapos bili ka ng medyo mura, like a lancer itlog or a 1991 toyota corolla gli or a nissan sentra at around 80-90k, paayos mo ng onti that you can sell for at most 120k.
yung switch ng power window mo, paayos mo muna. baka tumawad pa ng 5k yung buyer mo kung sira yan.

documentations:

a) open deed of sale between the original owner and the buyer.... wala ka sa picture.
b) xerox copies of the ids of the original owner
c) original OR/CR
d) PNP clearance, kung kakayanin.

transaction process: when the buyer pays, issue him the above documents + receipt of his payment.
