honda city
-aircon pag major ang problem madali baklasin, repair at linisin
-pag makina problem medyo komplikado at mahal
-medyo matadtad daw
vios
-aircon pag major problem baklas lahat dashboard ex. compressor... pag binalik dashboard kadalasan may loose connection at may tunog
-vvti mura daw paayos
-smooth ride

Between the two, i'd go for the Vios. On the baklas dashboard, the one on the Vios seems easy enough to remove as compared to the Altis; ours has been removed many times and to date wala pa rin kalampag. Also, if you're using the a/c most of the time and don't smoke, you should only see the a/c being opened up every 3-5 years.
We also have the Vios and City (04-07) in the office and i can say straight out that the Vios is more durable against kalampag and engine/drivetrain miff-ups.
