when buying a 2nd-hand vehicles, what documents you should get from the seller (must have and good to have) ? which of these should be the original and which can be photocopy only ?

IMO, to compare yung signature sa sig sa deed of sale and to make sure that the seller really exists.

Mas maganda sana kung may makukuha kang Service Record/Manual. Plus din ito so that you may know if the car was properly maintaned and the odometer was never tampered.
Pag wala, by the seller's words ka na lang aasa.

i did a search and it helped clear up a lot, but i am unclear about one thing.
may documentation din bang makukuha na hindi stolen yung kotseng bibilhin?
dadalhin yung photocopy ng or/cr to get this documentation?
what i understood is kelangan ng tmg clearance before transfer of ownership, pareho na ba yon?

where is the most convenient location to have this done if I am in greenhills?
